I havent watched the whole thing but something i noticed during the first two fights is you are adsing at point blank range. While it didnt impact that fight as they were shooting at your teammates the movement penalty of adsing with an smg at point blank range will hurt more than it helps. 2:58 is a good example of it hindering you.
