I have an issue where I click too early. Whether it be before I properly micro or just when I am not on the target. Can this be fixed with bardpill or is there something better I should do?

If you're clicking before aiming, you're having an anticipatory issue where you are anticipating the target before you reach it but aren't able to push yourself to move there before clicking on the anticipated interval. A few things can help. If you are open to using applications to train, you can try using "osu!" to train your mouse movement and your click to be more in sync since you will be trying to match both to a rhythm. If you aren't open to "osu!" for any reason, you'll need to practice it through an aim trainer or in-game, and to do so you'll want to start to bring your attention/focus more to your crosshair or more likely around your crosshair or center of your sight (iron sight or scope) and you'll want to practice both flicking to the target and smoothly tracking over to the target in a quickened manner (Which can be done in some scenarios without clicking on the targets). Then, after doing so you'll want to practice solely reacting to targets appearing on the screen, and you can do this by playing this reactionary scenario in Aim Labs or maybe KovaaK's has it and in it you don't have to move your mouse to react. If you don't have access to either aim training program you can just try imagining the intensity of a target appearing on screen and clicking once as fast as you can before resetting and doing it again. Once you have both flicked and quickly tracked without clicking and then clicked as fast as you can without target acquisition, you should have a better feel towards how those two work separately on the sensitivity you are using, so you'll then want to just try using them once again in unison and focusing on whether you are over or under flicking as to where your shot lands compared to the target's position, which you can check with bullet decals or positions. If you are overflicking, you want to focus on moving to the target with your crosshair and then back to your center of aim slowly and increasing speed as you do it more and more..

..and then you'll want to try flicking between the point just as you would normally. If you're overflicking without clicking, try imagining the target to be before its actual position and try flicking to that imaginary position. When you're happy with the distance you are flicking, try hitting the target with what you are now trying when flicking while trying to be deliberate with your actions to recreate what you were just doing when you weren't clicking. If you are underflicking, you want to use the same method of moving back and forth as if you were overflicking, but when you start flicking without clicking you'll want to first deliberately try flicking past the target so that you are wildly moving to any point past it as long as it's relatively close to the target. Then, you'll want to start moving back and forth again before finally attempting to flick on the target. Once you feel comfortable with flicking on to the target you'll just want to start shooting it normally when you flick.

What I told you should work for both flicking and regular aiming, but if you are still having issues with "microing" then I suggest doing something more rigorous with micro adjusting by choosing a few in-game points that are close by each other and "micro-tracking" between them as well as "micro-flicking" between them without clicking but instead just deliberately stopping when you come into contact with the center of each of them (This part can be done also by flicking to those points if they are too far from eachother). When you feel like you are confident you are stopping at the center of each target, you can start to stop on each target and after a short pause you'll click and then continue to the next target. When you feel confident with that, you'll want to click the moment you stop in the center of the target but not immediately as you approach the target. When you are confident with that, you can start to click the moment you feel you've arrived at the target.
