I have been reading through other posts and talking to a few people about fixing this and have recently started training on 20cm (my normal is 32) and while it does seem to be helping even after a few days my question is when do i change back when training?

For instance at the moment I'm just focused on technique and form so I'm doing the VDIM Smooth / Reactive Novice at 20cm.
Do i just do the whole playlists at 20cm from now on or is there a point where it would make more sense to swap back to my normal sens?

I have also identified i have a big issue with speed matching a lot of the time, does anyone have any scenarios or playlists that would be useful.
Another weakness i have is Left to right tracking is significantly worse than my right to left, Any scenarios or playlists that prioritise Left to Right tracking would be appreciated.
