Hello, I recently realized that my finger aim is underdeveloped. I am almost exclusively using my arm and wrist while claw gripping, even when doing microflick scenarios. I figured that this hinders my ability to microadjust. So I was wondering if you guys have any advice on how to fix this? I thought about doing microflick scenarios and purposely only use my fingers, while having my wrist locked. What are your thoughts?

Do not "lock" anything of your arm. You will use said part of your hand or arm when necessary.
You can however use a much faster sensitivity (like 20 or 25cm) to force the usage of your fingers and use that for micro correction scenarios. This will shift your aim from arm/wrist more to wrist/fingers.
