Is this tension transitioning between bot patterns, a recent problem or known problem u have been working on? Is the tension in ur shoulder in the back and to the side of it? Imo u can try using different body parts on some bot patterns( or slightly using more percentage of some body parts, like a bit more fingers on small range adad pattern)

#

Also using slightly lower sens will help ngl

#

Did u give it enough time to get used to?

Ingame

tryin to use same hand motions exactly as before is not ideal so try using a tiny bit more arm when 180’ing and such

#

U should have plenty of mobility still with 5 sens, although using fractional just seems daunting, its not a rabbit hole if u choose to not make it one ^^

#

Just my 2 cents, u are probably better than me on reactive

If u seek tension management and aimtraining knowledge, Daniel Kapadia interviewed top aimers (hour+ each iirc), like matty, minigod, cartoon, and im pretty sure they talk about it in detail. About the shoulder- thats the spot of the rotator cuff. U can read about its functions and how to mobilize and strengthen it(both can make that feeling lessen overtime), ofc whole upperbody mobilization and strengthening is always preferred, and can be an even quicker fix. U can try 5.5 or a bit slower. Actually getting used to even slower sens temporarily, will make 5 feel easy and natural( and will accelerate arm usage comfortability), but u dont have to do it if u dont want. Sry for lack of spaces im on mobile ^^
