so currently i have a sensitivity of about 528 edpi and i quite frequently only use my wrist to aim and i am willing to lower it to where i am told it should be 190-408, The question is should i lower it by a large portion now, or gradually lower it?

Mind sharing your sens + DPI and which game you play? EDPI is not an universal meassure and doesn't really tell how slow or fast your sens is.

All good, thanks for sharing.

Your sens calculates to 25cm/360, which is in general very very fast, especially for games like Valorant, hence why you are mostly using your wrist.

If I were you, I would immediately take a bigger jump downwards.

You could lower it to 35cm/360 (0.116) or even 40cm/360 (0.1) and eventually, after a while, move from there.

This will likely feel very awkward, but I recommend you to stick for it. It will fit the game's overall aim style better, and you will slowly learn how to utilize your arm more. After a week or 2, you could maybe consider going even slower if you feel like it. I would go slower though if you notice you are still not using much of your arm after 1 or 2 weeks on any of the 2 senses.

i will definitely do that, the thing is i have been using this sens for ages on all sorts of games, but now because i want to start putting more effort into valorant, ill have to lower it, and having to unlearn a sens that iv known for ages, im sure it will be quite difficult,

is there anything else that could help me ease into using my arm more?
