Why can I flick across my screen better than aiming something inches away from my crosshair?

Try using slightly less tension when deciding to aim/kill a very close target

You basicly went and hit the first shot and overflicked the second one and since you were so hurried due to being atacked you instanly started shooting without microing and due to that reduced your acuracy due to bullet spread
