Hey I have been training my initial flick and microadjustments to some degree for the past two 2 weeks
Flicking onto the enemy then microadjusting with my wrist

I might have made a mistake and gone too fast with my microadjustments and my wrist +
It has been like 3-4 days and I have noticed that I am not using my wrist at all or not properly and it feels hard to use

I pushed my wrist to a uncomfy but sort of controllable level for like almost 2 weeks and it felt like it was the right way now i cant really use my wrist to a proper level
where it feels like i am doing it right i miss alot of my microadjustments

I have recently went into doing my microadjustments slower and more controlled

Advice would be appreciated

I am currently Immortal 3 in valorant which is my main game with 230 rr i was at 300 rr

I quickly looked through the video. A few general pointers:

  • First of all, make sure you aren't overthinking every aspect of your aim, let alone when and when not you are using any part of your body (like your wrist). Aiming is a subconscious process. You cannot consciously force something to happen over and over again. That comes down to repitition and your subconsciousness recreating that.

  • Second of all, if you tend to struggle with wrist movement, make sure that your grips isn't too tense. for 95% of aiming scenarios you want your grip to be relaxed. The only moment where you want to apply a bit of tension is when you are flicking to push the speed and stabilize the flick, because without tension it is harder to do. But after flicking, you want to relax again so that your micro corrections can be done smoothly. A tense grip can make that more difficult./

  • Flicking technique consists off a fast flick, but bit slower micro. You seem to apply that decently within the realm that you can control, so keep going with that. Wider flicks however seem to be your biggest weakness right now.

  • personally I would highly recommend you to download Aimlabs and play static-clicking scenarios on there. This way you can properly work more on your flicking technique with a wide variety of different scenarios. Although there isn't nothing inherently wrong with doing what you do right now, it is quite 1-dimensional at the momenent. There is also no proper way for you to work on vertical flicks and no real way to access more challenges scenarios other than adding spawn-timers for the bots.
