U can also do the valorant benchmarks on app.voltaic.gg (a site that auto tracks ur scores on the playlist with ranks and 3 difficulties)

Whats ur sens? Might benefit from lowering on cs if its super high
U will benefit from a slight reduction, keep training + lower sens to 1.5 at least imo
U will still have high mobility
But increased precision

Good, now practice with it in game and in trainer
I prefer u play in game and do the routine after( u can also do like half routine before and half after) to not enter matches fatigued
Or to reduce the chance it happens

I assume u use mostly wrist and almost no arm right? If so that vid can help
