the most important thing i noticed when i got gm score is that the first flick accuracy is the most important thing to focus on
because you lose a lot of added up time from realizing you're not on target (your reaction time) plus the time you take when microadjusting
since accuracy is more important i would say to lower your FOV to 103 and 40 cm (1:1 sens as 35cm 110fov) to make the targets bigger

also this is a personal preference but i think it would help you too
you can force healthbars to always show above targets
and you could add quiet ticks as your hit sound and a louder ping as your kill sound so you know when to switch (audio reaction time is faster than visual)
the kill sounds are also very good to listen for because it shows the pace of your kills

Yea missing wastes a lot of time
when you go off the target before it dies, just continue to the next one
Only go back to that low target when it is near another target
That just means you’re missing less so you were able to waste less time
