I used Raw Accel and Custom Curve pro a lot both come with pros and cons, on one hand you'll get the pros of low/high sense but on the other if you aim train a lot or at all realy youll end up changing your settings based off of what your currently practicing leading to inconsistancy along with that getting used to the settings you made can be difficult leading you to change them and thinking of that as a quick fix. I found more consistant aim in no accel than with accel but its personal prefrence. Im no where near the best to answer this and its from my experience so take it with a grain of salt
#Is mouse acceleration bad or good?

Mouse accel in general is not seen as something "good", at least not the Windows variant of it. Turn that off.
Raw Accel is a better implementation of mouse accel and it has its pros and cons as Lee mentioned. Some people play decent with it and some people play better without it.
Personally I have seen more anecdotal omments saying that they play more consistent and managed to push their aim harder with 0 involvement of any mouse accel. They mentioned that tools like Raw Accel helped them with aim training for a specific amount of time, but eventually faced a wall that was only breachable by walking away from raw accel.
Seen a handful of comments from people saying they widely prefer the feel of raw accel, but those are lower numbers than the former point I mentioned.
Generally/technically speaking, you will always be more consistent with no form of accel being involved, because although you definitely can get used to your raw accel-curve, it is just another factor you need to keep in mind in terms of how fast or slow you accelerate your mouse.
A large part of the reason Raw Accel is less preferred is because of how witch-hunted it has been for so many years due to misconceptions around it. I've used it all my life and have not seen a single person who can do the same thing that I can do with it, without it. In my opinion, acceleration (when used correctly) only has upsides, is easy to understand, and increases your potential easily.
