#how should I grind the VDIM playlists?

If I wanted to grind the VDIM playlists for 4 hours a day, would it be be better to do playlist A 4x, then move on down the list each day or do one run each of playlists A-D, then on the next day do playlist E-G?

3 is more than enough, aimtraining is a lot more taxing than gaming, cuz u actively aim a lot more than lets say a tacfps.

So be mindful of your tendon health. If u go this route of multiple vdim a day, i rec different categories. Or even better pick a weakness and do it everyday alongside vdim(doesnt have to be another vdim)

That way u have high frequency of the weakness and high volume each day in vdim
