You can set the "mode" to "simple" and can ignore most of the settings. Just pick your game, and insert the sens and DPI, leave the rest empty and scroll down a little

You dont have to convert it. You can leave the 2nd field/bottom row empty.

However, you seem to use the wrong value in the "sensitivity" bracket, hence why it is not giving you your cm/360

#

If it doesnt work out, you might have to whip out a ruler and do it like that lol
