cap it to the highest stable framerate or uncapped (unless u notice tearing and it annoys u)

In your case, If you can run 330 fps in-game without having it ever drop below 330, then cap it to 330 fps.
If you can’t run 330 consistently, cap it to 165 fps. If 165 feels too sluggish, uncap your frames.
