Network Issues in Valorant

My ping is relatively low, 16 on London and 25-30 on Frankfurt. On London the game is pretty bearable and I cant notice many inconsistencies. However on Frankfurt with only ~10 ping more I can notice a HUGE difference in hitting and not hitting one taps especially and the time it take for shots to register. This isn't just something i'm saying because im bad at hitting shots, I have proved it with the range and with clips whilst on frankfurt servers (on frankfurt, I am dieing before the full 150 damage is even registered so the damage counter on the right still goes up after death - i thought it may be because of the fake projectiles however i dont experience this on London servers).
Now im wondering if this is a common issue or maybe my router/ISP itself is terrible and for some reason the ping isnt truly representative as I feel like 30 ping shouldn't give noticeable differences.
If there is anything i can try to improve this im open to hearing.

Have you checked if your packet loss spikes up?

nope, is this something that could affect it? i assumed it wasnt all to do with latency as my ping is average low, ill go check

theres a very very small spike of packet loss every so often in the range on london servers, ill go check frankfurt
