#Matty's Thresholds or normal 65mins routines???

Not familiar with Matty's thresholds, but 1h is sufficient
it depends on your lvl and durability (wrist health/concentraion) i would say 1h-1:30h is enough but u can go longer (only efficent if you do 15-30min breaks after the 1h-1h:30 mark (fresh air recommended no blue light for example go for a walk)).
