This seems to be very effective for me so I want to share it and see how many other people have come up with the same idea. So basically, for maybe like a day or two, play on a higher sens than you normally do in your main game, but like way higher. Something like 10cm from 45 which is my case. Then after a while of grinding and playing it, switch it back and just notice the insane mouse control and aim you gain after you readapt. It can also help in aim training too. Just seemed like a pretty good idea that always works for me so I wanted to see what others think of it.

Yeah not sure about that one
Maybe go with something more realistic at least like 20cm
And use it on precision scenes
Then that might be good prac
Right, using a sens too high compared to what you normally use can cause you to use an entirely different muscle control group than you’d almost ever use which can see decreased benefit from the training with it, especially when you consider that you aren’t just using it momentarily, but you’re having to keep a constant grip on the mouse in a different way, which may be a grip that you will never use with your normal sens.
