I have astigmatism and I have glasses for it but my eyes burn like crazy when I aim train. My glasses have a blue light filter on them and I have my monitor an arms distance away from me, I get 7-9 hours of sleep everyday. I have been trying thing to prevent my eyes from burning so I took my glasses off and my eyes stopped burning but I could hardly see anything. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem that I am having.

I wear glasses, and sometimes ill get sweaty and my sweat used to burn my eyes pretty badly.
You can try giving your glasses a good clean, PS i hope this helps you! ;]
when did u get ur glasses?
my local optometrist
I dont get sweat in my eyes at all when I aim train. Im not sure if its just eye strain or not but Its impossible to stay consistent when its painful
I dont know if there is such as warming up your eyes but I played my main game before aim training and my eyes burned significantly less
Likely eye strain. You said when you take your glasses off it stopped burning, it probably stopped burning because your eyes weren't focusing any longer as you said you could hardly see anything at that point. On your next visit to the optometrist you could try bringing it up, otherwise, make sure every 15-20 minutes you look at a far away wall away from the computer screen for about 1-3 minutes. You can also use that time to LIGHTLY stretch your fingers and wrist, (I can't stress "lightly" enough lol) and then once you feel good you can get right back to it. It might also help if you take your glasses off during that time if you don't have a far away wall to look at.
