I just want to see some perspectives on this as I used to use an XM1r at 30cm for a long time and it felt fine, but I'm currently using the Pulsar X2 Mini at 30cm and I had to lower my sens a bit.

Well each mouse is different, even if you buy many units of the same mouse. By this I mean they have varying DPI's. It might say in the software/box "1600 DPI" but it actually can be like "1400" or even "1900+" .

You can test actual DPI on mouse-sensitivity.com . You just need a pen, piece of paper and a ruler.

You might just need to adjust to it. I've never had problem going from like 70g mouse to 50'ish or so. (I main x2 mini as well)
