Whenever I play kovaaks my eyes seem to always unfocus or get a little blurry near the end of a scenario and it really messes me up. Idk how to fix this and i've tried other themes to not strain my eyes but it doesn't work. I can't even play more than around 30 minutes. I just think this is weird because this doesn't happen when I play other games and I always make sure I give my eyes a break around every few runs.

Well it's a lot more intense to focus on a fast moving target for 1 minute straight so that's completely normal, try blinking more and taking some breaks between each run so you don't strain your eyes too much.
You can also do some exercises for your eye, by focusing on objects in real life from both close and far away, it helps with reducing strain.
Another thing you can do is enable a blue light filter, which adds warmer colors to your screen that are easier on your eyes.
