You’re not always going to be motivated so it’s about being disciplined, if you really want to better your aim you just have to do it without any excuses, If you really want something you will not need motivation.

Turn your aim training into a daily habit

Similar to how you don't complain about brushing your teeth when you wake up, once it's ingrained into your daily routine eventually it'll become second nature and you'll do it simply because you're used to doing it daily (Ideally). If you can, implement a set time where you do kovaaks every day
