I struggle with Fast and Medium speed tracking at any distance, mainly because I am unable to read the fast moving/strafing target, and end up just shaking my mouse from side to side, any tips to learn to read the target and then track it? 800 Dpi Apex 1.13 280Hz if that matters

just play scenarios like that over and over again, its just all about practice

I genuinly cannot read the target, I end up trying to but I swear I have like 300ms delay because I am basically unable to read the target, let alone track it
