#how do you do micro adjustments with palm or claw grip?

dont overthink your grip
Each grip holds advantages and disadvantages over other grips, so there's usually always a trade off of some kind. I'd say that, when practicing microcorrections, you should concentrate on deliberately executing that movement as properly and as soundly as you can, and ONLY think about that. You may find that your grip changes subconsciously to make this process more comfortable, and that's the point I wanted to get to, because your grip will change transiently to accommodate for different movements. So yes I agree don't try to force it, let it be and place the main focus on your actual training
if you're consistently getting hand pains then I'd recommend putting a large emphasis on playing a lot more relaxed
even if your aim gets bad
not working on it is just taking the easy way out
What’s ur hand size and what mouse do you use
people who claw or palm typically pull the mouse down with their arm in order to control recoil, or at least in my experience
nahhhh not rly
its only hard to do if you are not used to it. i used to be a higher sens player in csgo but then switched to low sens and learned it pretty quickly.
in the summer i had a lot of issues with the low sens though due to my arm sweating, using a sleeve helped a lot. but i prefer not using a sleeve if its not needed
👍 i use relaxed claw grip and use a more aggressive claw for close range. because i am more agile using the aggressive grip but it puts more strain on my hand
just wondering but where does it hurt? I've used alot of variations of ftip and I don't think that has happened to me before
