Hi everyone, I've been working on my smoothness a lot recently and have noticed how weak my wrist is when it comes to tracking targets on my left. My wrist starts to shake uncontrollably when moving left and I can't seem to control it at all. Tracking with my wrist to the right feels just fine though.

Does anyone know why this is or of ways on how to fix this?

I have the same thing except im weak to the right, i found its getting better after spamming smooth your wrist scenarios though. I also do some wrist deviations to my weakside and rotator cuff work

Boils down to practice

Just one thing to try and do is to have your arm in a neutral position, so you can move it equally to the left and right

#

Then after that you just have to practice this deliberately

Cuz you probably developed this weakness/poor technique by neglecting to track in the other direction
