#Training at very low sens to play at a high sens?

I've been trying to play the actual games at something between 25~40cm because I am not good at resetting and I use a bungee + 50cm KB and also I really like being able to do 180s on all directions

(desk also does not help. mouse+ bungee + kb + desk are not easily replaceable)

I have been very slow at developing speed/precision.
I decided to bump it up to 60cm for aim training and see what happens and while my scores haven't changed it seems like I am doing a lot less mental effort to hit targets and be fast and consistent, despite having to cover more distance with the mouse

how much can training at a very low sens translate to precision and speed at a higher sens where i'll use my arm less? at these very low sens' will I still be getting good finger movement training? should I go even lower than 60 for training?

if you think I should just deal with resetting the mouse, how do I force myself to figure out how to do this? I've been having disproportionate trouble with this and I really doubt I can do fast enough resets not to die while resetting

It'll definitely help, but there is a point where you lose the necessity for fine finger movements

if you aren't great at resetting you can always practice it by playing low sens and scenarios like smoothbot
