Also watching top runs I would say could be helpful, just to see if there's stuff you aren't min-maxing, since it's that + practice what it boils down to for the top end of the scores.
I believe Matty and ARDD made some vids with their take on some of the scenarios and their respective categories as well and how you can approach them.
So that could be a good watch as well.

Like what rx and sini have said, it really boils down to technique and just learning to play the scenario for max points. Since it is known to be a less knowledgeable area because of how few people actually push for astra+, you might also need to develop your own methods of finding what is best for you and pushing those methods to their limits
