I don't know which section to ask this so I'll ask here since I play Siege. How can I practice remaining calm? I just can't help tunnel visioning and completely blacking out in fights. Any suggestions? Everything I learned or practiced, like aim practices etc. go out the window once I find myself in a tense situation.

@astral dagger just play more and have confidence in yourself tbh... The way I fixed that for myself was just playing more, then you start to realize that you just unconsciously know how to play those situations correctly if that makes sense. I just have a lot of confidence in my gun skill and game sense to know that whenever im in a tense situation that I'll have a high chance of performing well in it. In summary just play more and overtime you'll start to realize that whenever you're put in these situations it just feels like nothing now.

I used to be the same way as you though, I remember going through that struggle of having decent aim but whenever im in a clutch situation or in an important game it all just disappears.

Well Laundry is a hard site to retake when taken by the enemy team

If they just need to take backside control and need one person to watch the door
