guys for maybe 4 mouths Ive been playing siege with the converted sensitivity from cs:go. Sience I have a very low sensitivity in cs i now have a low sens in siege, but after all this time im beggining to feel like maybe some sensitivities are too low for siege. So I'm asking for your opinion, is 400dpi and 4-4 too low? Or maybe its all because I didnt touch the ads sensitivity at all (seems to complicated and I have no guide line

Xhair positioning

Etc
If you are already practicing that all thats left is to develop game understanding, train aim and play the game

In terms of "do I lose my aim when I change my sens?" No. That's stupid. For all intents and purposes, the answer is no.
The only 'forgetting' you do is mental whenever you change your settings.

People don't play Aim Trainers for literal aim. They play it for mouse control. Mouse control is what you are able to develop your specific aim on (based on what game you play).
It's like weight training for martial arts. Being super strong doesn't mean you're going to win in a fight. But training weights and becoming strong allows you to train more powerful techniques, agility, etc. and will make your kicks/punches more focused and quicker. This allows you to be a better fighter overall. A stronger arm doesn't mean a better punch, but raises the ceiling for how efficient the punch can be. This is the same for mouse control and aim.
Mouse control is the base foundation for all your aim. Practical aim comes almost entirely from the game that you're proficient at for a multitude of reasons.

I changed it bc even though i converted it, kovaaks felt faster and now i'm using something slower but feels nice

No point in ever training with an 'easier' (slower) sens.
You build less important mouse control the slower the sens you go, so always at least match your in-game sens or raise it if you'd like to train more fine muscle control.
