360FOV / 106hFOV (4:3) = 3.4 *24 (inches per monitor) = ~80cm/360
It's a 1:1 physical distance.

If you’re sticking to sparky stuff, you probably need a higher sens for some tracking/switching scens
Anything within 28-35 is commonly used

There is no best. Only a best range.
40-60. Possibly up to high 60's with a high hip and a change of playstyle. Beyond that is compensating for poor control.
Anything under 116hFOV is competitive.
1600dpi is definitely best dpi though. All you plebeians can suffer with jagged micromovements. The superior setting for ultimate unrivaled performance.

looks more like a relaxed claw
you need to be able to put your fingers on the front of the mouse to ftip
and that means that the hump can't get in the way and touch your palm
you don't need to ftip tho
as long as you have a decent range of vertical movement within your palm you're fine IMO

@wispy needle nope, don't worry about fov, aspect ratio and even sensitivity. Mouse control is trained regardless of those. Just use the recommended fovs on the benchmark document and use a sensitivity between 28-35

Really? Not worrying about sens seems crazy as I have a particularly low sensitivity. (my 60cm mousepad I do just more than a 360 in Siege). Makes sense in terms of fov though

@wispy needle well, I play siege on 50cm 1x and train kovaaks on 31.5
it has brought nothing but great results
tbh, atm I'm too lazy to type a dissertation on how mouse control works
