If you have the time (~2hs/day) I’d say do the fundamental routine for the rank (alternating scens and all of that) and then I can help you with some extra scenarios to work on different aspects everyday as an extra

Basically the biggest thing IMO is to always try to analyse your weaknesses and then try to compliment that. So just see which scenarios are harder and try to think about what kind of mouse movement is the one required there, that way you can know what you need to work on and it’s easier to actively focus on that
Because just doing the routines helps, but you really want to maximize improvement by always trying to see where you’re lacking rather than just auto piloting
Oh, and also there are some scenarios on zeeq’s routines that are really insane so replacing them is alright. I can’t open the files now since I’m on my phone but Imma try to remember which ones and what to replace them with

On the clicking routine the worst one is pasu reload small. Pasu reload goated or the regular version is better. Also instead of small pat ts just play the small no reload version.
Static is alright but I’d just replace 1w6ts reload for the v2 and ww6t for the reload version
Anyway, that should be enough to start working. But again, if these are a bit too hard it’s ok to do sth else

@fair shadow in my experience it is not worth it, as you're limited to one sens and you aren't playing kovaak to improve your siege aim directly.

@woven forge the way I see it’s referring to a support that isn’t as essential as the main breacher. So it can play a bit more aggressive than the hard support and is supposed to take fights before him.
I like to rank them like: entries > flexs > supports and depending on the ops you’ll have an entry that will go first (say ash or zofia vs an iq or sledge). And the same can apply for flexs and supports. A hibana is more of soft support if your main breacher is mav or thermite

@astral dagger on 1w6ts you wanna focus on being smooth and making straight lines from bot to bot, it's alright if you're slow at first but you have to focus on acc and then build speed. Also always focus on which bot you'll go next, good pathing helps with keeping momentum
oh, and the benchmark is "1w6ts reload v2", you should play that instead of the regular reload version

but anyway, just focus on making each line as smooth as possible
you want to be efficient and make as least moves as you can
try to not flick and simply go from 1 target to the other
