You kind of hit all three or can see all three if you aim chest level
Any good player will only go for headshots when it's the easy or only option available in a gunfight
Otherwise the 3 bullets to kill is easy enough and the head is only a tiny bit away from your crosshair at crouch or standing height
Also the head is very hard to track since player animation in this game makes it move very fast (lean and crouch spam)
The chest is predictable and easy to hit
I don't think any good pro other than a minority of them track the head exclusively

If you are close quarters and the head is a bigger target you can flick to it which a lot of players do, but first you have to be able to see them, so aiming at chest height helps
You don't have to keep this in your mind while playing, the more you play and the better you get you will start aiming more chest height
