Well.
Some general points:
Rank doesn't mean too much. You can just get plat 2 by aiming were you for example FPL-C in CS the first week. Or you can be decent mechanically, know the game somewhat well and still end up there.
Now, at this level, you can work on nearly everything, but some areas are much more benefitial
The thing that will benefit your ranked gameplay most is your character positioning on both macro and micro level, crosshair positioning, recoil control, movement in general&quick peeks and angle sweeping in particular

@polar snow high sens on air nuns and pasu track helped me quite a bit improving my tracking on siege. Also tgv2 helps with arm aiming (I use my 1x sens)

The most important factor to develop as a good siege player(this mainly means competive) is gamesense and communication falls close behind. This is mainly develop by trying to play competitive. Most aspects can be written down in 2-4 A4 pages, but learning to use those and gaining experience is a much longer and harder process than reading those

I do suggest most people try competitive and try to improve on the latter, but you need both

As for aim: it's playing the game and having mouse control
