But now if you get owned by cheaters, smurfs, bad teammates, or bad slumps you're now capped with that as your highest rank without having a chance to try again in other regions. Also it means Champion (Top 500) has spots taken up my cheaters from across the globe, not just your region.

I still believe it is worth training mean and hip for siege.
I would only use ads for clicking, but if you are also going to do target switching and any amount of tracking (which I think is beneficial)
it is worth training the other sensitivities as well

imo if u want to improve your hip aim its more beneficial to just do it in thunt, since better crosshair placement is more important when aiming from the hip than your actual hip aim
tracking with hip is also irrelevant
even clearing angles and going around corners should be done while ads'd so why not train tracking/target switching with your 1x?
the level of precision you need from your hip is just not nearly as demanding as your ads, which is why most pros play around 30-40 hip and 40-70+ ads

I think how you clear corners is heavily dependent on the gun you are using
but clearly my opinion seems to be minority on this and I dont really feel like debating it further because i foresee mostly talking in circles/repeating prior points

Control pads make it take more effort to move your mouse
Therefore requiring less precise mouse control
Aka control pads are slower so theyre more forgiving
If you dont have mouse control and you’re using a fast pad, you will overshoot/over correct/over compensate because you dont have the necessary control

Speaking of mousepads, my g403 has been having tracking issues on my qck
for the past 3 weeks. Im pretty sure its my mousepad which is at fault, not the mouse, becuase it happens at certain areas of the mousepad
it just kind of like jitters, and sometimes stops
so atm im using my old microsoft basic mouse 3 becuase its sensor is too garbo to detect that the mousepad is messed up

@mortal notch Yo I have almost the same problem. My GPW suddenly starts having tracking issues on my MP510. It is the mousepad at fault for sure. My GPW also jitters and stops too.
I tried cleaning the sensor and it did nothing.
Cleaning the mousepad did little for me as well.
rn i fixed it by turning the mp510 vertically instead of hoz...

ill be honest with you, you can train any sens you want in kovaaks and you will still feel comfy ingame so long as the sens in kovaaks isnt extremely diff from ur r6 1x/hip
like ill play 27 cm and ill be whippin across the city on 41cm comfortably

i would say it has. fwiw i started my grind when apex came out and my tracking was FUCKING awful. being able to adapt some of that into siege was seamless after some sensitivity adjustments. I was one of the first supporters to push for tracking training for r6 since r6 players generally cant react to c4's flying over walls or adjusting to track targets when they whiffed their first few bullets
