So I want to give a tip about something extremely important that an incredible amount of people don't utilize.
The importance of relaxing your hand:
The impact this has on people's aim is enormous, I believe.
Especially on low sensitivity games, the wider movement you have physically, the more your hand is going to tense in order to push your mouse fast enough across your desk- and stop it accordingly. The issue is people often forget to untense their hand immediately afterward, and end up taking a gunfight with an unrelaxed hand.

That's a massive problem considering those games, such as Siege, are the games that you have to be the most accurate with. Locking the finer muscles in your hand essentially removes the range of flexibility that you have.
Meaning you'll have less precise results when microadjusting.

This also goes hand in hand with how effective Flowstate is. Flowstate of course brings you into a hyper-focused and relaxed state, thus alleviating some of that physical tension by effect.
I can't really understate how effective of a method relaxing your hand is. Go into a THunt and tense your hand fully and see how consistent you are. Compare with a steady relaxed hand next round. You'll notice the difference in ease with lining up shots on a small targets. Similarly with target switching.

That gives you a good overview, but my recommendations (from what I've seen) are the G-SR-SE or Inked gaming pad
I use the Zero a lot and would also recommend that personally, but I don't think artisan are shipping at the moment plus it is costly once you factor everything in

It’s a big jump I tried it a while ago I use to play 40cm so basically double the cm hard to play for first hour then you get use to it
It’s fun to mess around with sens in cas or unranked
Highest sens I played was 40cm might try 36 cm for lols
Currently on 44tho which is nice for me rn
its a fun sens but idk if i would ever be used to it
I’ve always loved being in the 40-50cm range it’s still low and good for accurate aiming but also fast and responsive
Shaiiko sens still works for that tho as you quickscope with that sens so play 33cm and then 80 for accurate adjustment
people move too fast in this game for 80cm imo
