it depends on playstyle, most gunfights in siege ur not really letting the choppa sing anyways so where comp may be beneficial in the latter parts of the spray you might have been better off using muzzle for the first opening shots

which is where flash really shines
muzzle is good on a lot of guns, but most guns dont require the buff to center time
over the consistency offered by muzzle in those sprays

And, as a Pulse main for half a decade, I can confidently say by far the best buff you can give him is not his gun, but a 1meter range extension on his HB sensor. Most rooms are built around a 10m scale, and his max range is 9m. The amount of times I scan a room from outside only to miss someone at that room's doorway is depressing.
Also, the damage on the UMP is actually fantastic. It's tied in TTK with the MP7 (one of the best on defense ofc) with the exception of lvl 3 armor, which is irrelevant since there are no lvl 3 armor attackers except Gridlock.
It's only issue is it's firerate. If you miss one shot (which of course you will) then it becomes the worst gun in the game since it take so long for a follow-up shot.
