If you're going to practice any hipfire sensitivity, then stick to tracking and fast target switching. Precision click timing won't do you any benefit practically with hipfiring. Also I'd recommend not practicing your hip sens more than your ADS sens.
It's not hard to look in the general direction of the enemy accurately, it's hard to line up a headshot accurately. Understand the importance of what you practice.

Same DPS as every LMG.
1arm TTK same as Hibana (great)
2arm TTK same as Blackbeard (worst primary on offense)
3arm TTK same as Buck (almost worst primary on offense)
Longest ADS time of any primary guns from being an LMG + a longer than average reload time.
It's only benefit is fast RPM and 1armor shredders, which coincidentally makes it a great anchoring gun for watching for roamers/flankers, but a horribly inconsistent entry weapon.

Bullshit excuse bad players use. If you're good enough to hit the head with a high rpm gun you're good enough to hit it with a low rpm gun. Otherwise you're not good enough to hit the head by yourself. Most people have 40% HS ratios, meaning that would make a difference in less than half of gunfights.
Play for consistency, not for a single strength with a plethora of weaknesses.
