We've had FaceIt 10mans before without exterior clients. They just need to bring them online again, add a prizepool, promotion, and defined leagues to keep it alive. NA will be quite happy.

How the MMR system should work:

-Everyone should start at bottom Bronze. 10 placements and the highest you can place is lower Gold and the lowest you can place is obv. Copper V.
-Static elo gain/loss meaning it doesn't reduce the more you play.
-Performance based elo so if I drop 22 and lose I don't lose as much as the dude who pushed X on drone for 9 rounds straight.
-SMALL elo gains/losses per matches so people don't zoom through ranks.
-Promo matches to get into the next rank-tier like League does, perhaps.
-Champion Rank has elo decay so you can't AFK at the top.
-Rewards in credits, packs, skins, renown for achieving certain higher ranks.
-Can only play with people within 2-3 rank levels of you.
