@warm girder Visual Reaction Time is literally just how fast an electrical signal passes from your brain through your nerves to a muscle to do a singular action. Reflexivity is more of VRT + quick decision making with accuracy... So, flicks. Being reflexive means reacting to click on the small target quick enough while being accurate, rather than just acknowledging that there is a target on the screen and clicking without aiming (as in VRT benchmarks).
VRT alone is near useless. Reflexivity makes a massive difference.

I think my main problem now is that I'm much worse at shooting targets below. And since I mainly play siege I don't get to shoot down for the most part. Do you guys have any scenarios in mind for shooting down?

Type in "highground" in Kovaak's and there should be some scenarios. I'm not super familiar with a bunch of them. I know some Reflex Flick and Microshot scenarios that can be useful. If you just place your crosshair at the top of the screen, the whole scenario is now what you're looking for.

with small tweaks to my ads sens every now and then (like 1-2% changes)
then this week I changed mousepad, sens, and lowered my ads to a value around what I was playing 7 months ago

I spent ~18 months trying every sensitivity to find out objectively which is the best range for what scenarios. Would've been very annoying having to learn 3 different sensitivities every month or two when I changed. Easier to just learn one to get a better grasp.
So I used an Xfactor.
I've just kept with it since I'm so used to it.

cause I always just set the lowest zoom level in any game to the same as my holo sens
