actually I had an academy(pretty low in skill level), and we got warmup against GamerLegion(coached by ex PL coach Morxzas back then) with some decent players, and since I know namea, he got into voice with the team and he told us even at that level as scrim vs a good team teaches you so much and that even that team should not play GamerLegion but seek opportunities to play PL teams

maybe you try that strat / it can give you ideas

@maiden creek operators are determined by your playstyle, for example if you play fast and aggressive then Jager and Iq or Ash might be good for you. If you play slower then Thermite and Mute or Smoke might be better.

I'm a firm believer in the fact that Twitch's drone should be immune (or have heavy resistance) to everything gadget-wise that could interfere with it. Also I think it should be much faster.
Twitch's drone is literally a non-factor in every round ever, unless you're a Mira with silver teammates.

@boreal jasper her gun doesn't need a gun nerf. Her gun is the only reason to pick her and in comp that's pretty much a non option. Atm she has less utility than Ash by far. Having twitches drone be immune to info denial would make here a viable pick in comp to substitute out a secondary support. Atm it's frustrating and literally impossible for me to drone half of the map in most cases for my entry fraggers if the enemy has decent strats.

I agree she should be immune to the mute mozzie combo because of how broken that Strat is. But from a balancing point of view she would be very very strong if she kept the f2 as it is and could just go right though mute jammers, so it would make a lot of sense for her gun to be nerfed.

I mean DMRs are actually insane weapons already.
All DMRs have a TTK of 133ms (only half of them don't on lvl 3 armor), which is the TTK of the pistols-- the fastest TTK of any guns in the game except only the SMG-11 at 94ms.
So DMRs being viable literally only comes down to you missing your second shot or not. They're extremely powerful.

It mirrors how it works in reality. The closer your gun is to your eyes the more accurate you'll probably be, even before fully ADSed.
This is exactly why the ADS change people are mocking absolutely does not matter.
You're quite accurate at close ranges (where you need to be snappy with ADS) before fully zoomed already.
(Though, I still fully support a faster ADS time change)

Anyone have tips for getting better Callouts? I know all the Callouts for all esl maps off the top of my head but in game I forget in the moment or mix up my Callouts
It's important I fix this as a support because it could mean me staying or leaving my team :/

How to improve on callouts:
- Pick a map you wish to learn.
- Create a custom game on defence with a time limit of 10 min.
- Run around the map and write down the name of the areas.
- Once you completed the list, put it through a list randomizer, and run through the map as fast as you can.
- Time it, try to get faster time each time.
Understandably some callouts will be outdated due to community involvement with naming areas. But it's probably the best and fastest way to improve your callouts.
Also, do mind it will be general call outs. Won't be specific areas within an area.

If you're on the spot and genuinely not sure what a callout is, just identify the nearest object and color. If you say "Green room by the couch" there probably aren't that many green rooms with couches near where you died.
Quick identification is an easy way to give a call when in doubt of what to say.

You don't have to always play ACOG, but theoretically in a vacuum you are always at a disadvantage when not using it. More zoom = bigger head = 2.5x easier headshot. Simple as that, no debate. Problem is: practicality is not in a vacuum and your mechanical skill isn't good enough to always compensate for when they are too close.

Any amount of horizontal recoil is unreliable and thus not easily controllable.
