144hz to 240hz is a 10-20ms VRT decrease on average based on tests. That with the noticeable frame increase feeling smoother makes a big difference for sure. 360 is an even larger frame jump if you can push out that many FPS.

Hi everyone! It's been about 5 weeks now since I increased my sense, from 38 to 34 cm (OW 9 to 10 @ 400dpi) I mainly wanted to have better tracking/reaction while maintaining my acc since that change is not a big deal. I came all the way from 60 cm. so my wrist aim si not very good, been working on that. With this sens I actually have to use both arm and wirst a lot while at 38 I still arm aim mostly. I think is good and versatile but my acc decreased a lot (kovaak and in games). I'm uncomfortable now and thinking on going back to 38. Any advice on this? you think I should stick to 34 and keep grinding on small scenarios or try to find an optimal sens for games and learn to change it for certain scenarios in kovaak maybe?

I believe it depends on the pad you're using

If you find your arm sticking to your pad whilst playing then I say use a sleeve. If you've adjusted to using a sleeve and don't have a valid excuse to not use one then I also say stick with it

shooting static targets is like the first layer of abstraction when talking about aim, it’s like a given that you’re supposed to be able to hit them 100% of the time - it’s just something you’re not supposed to even consider. you’ll never get worse at shooting static targets by only shooting moving ones, therefore there’s no reason at all to play it. it’s like having a football drill where you just kick it and there’s no goal to aim for. the act of “shooting lots of static targets really fast” is probably the furthest possible thing in kovaaks from being useful in aim (hence why everyone agrees on tile frenzy, because it’s exactly the same thing just made more obvious by its difference in core mechanic being more apparent). i can’t think of a way to describe in context what i mean by the difference, because it’s insanely hard to put into words the things i know to be true, and that’s why i’m an asshole about it - i wouldn’t be any good if i was wrong

Moving click-timing targets are absolutely better practically for aim and provides more value that static click-timing.

There is absolutely practice to be had in static click-timing that you cannot get from moving click-timing scenarios. Speed being the most important, alongside large angle movements. (in pasu for example you aren't forced to do large awkward angle movements quickly since they move and a bot will fly closer to you always, nor do you practice as much speed).

There are very few static click-timing scenarios that provide value. But there are static click-timing scenarios that provide value.

Well, I'll agree that if you are able to consistently flick on dynamic targets then you can flick on static ones. But flicking wasn't necessarily in the question. True flicking is an entirely different skill than general click timing.
But Krak is right in saying that it doesn't matter how accurate you are, if you're against a good player, you shoot second and you lose. Always.
Speed is important and a necessary skill to train.
