Flick are just smooth movements done fast. That comes with time.
Slow is smooth and smooth is fast.

If you want to practice the flicking motion alone then things like 1wall 6 Flick would be good ones to practice on.

But I wouldn't focus specifically on doing flicks as much as I would the mouse control of being as precise as possible when transitioning to targets. Done perfectly then it can be considered a flick. Focus on hitting your targets accurately before you focus on 'flicking' between them.

Always try to never tense your hand. Obviously the faster your movement, the more you will naturally tense (that's kinda how you hand functions..), but the less, the better.

I do as long as it takes until I feel satisfied with my improvement or until I cannot play it / focus anymore. But if you're just starting out, then I recommending spending no more than 5-10minutes per scenario before you go try another one.

Those scenarios are for all levels. Some are harder, some are easier.

They all mostly train different things.

No. Movement will always be better for applying it to a game. It's more practical. Nobody in game stands still. Static scenarios are used for improving your speed / accuracy and control transitioning between targets. Pasu is more used for following moving targets with accuracy, less-so speed.
