ROLES AND FEEDBACK
How do I apply for Crew/GT?
For these two roles, if we need them, we will hold public applications. You can find an announcement in #server-announcements then. These roles are not given without application rounds.
What roles are available to me? How do I get the Prestiged role?
Please review #welcome for all of the information on roles! The Prestiged role is based on your chat activity. After being active for a while, you will automatically receive the role. Do not spam, however, as this will not help you get the role, it will only get you in trouble.
How do I request an improvement for the server?
If you have feedback or a request regarding the server, feel free to make a Modmail ticket by typing /ticket or DMing our bot @frosty grove. For more information on Modmail: #welcome message

How do I report someone who is cheating in game?
To report someone cheating in the game, please use the in-game report system as this is mandatory. Any additional evidence can be sent to support: 🔗https://support.deadbydaylight.com/
What do I do if I see someone breaking a rule in a voice channel (e.g. mic spamming)?
If another user has come into your channel to troll, make loud noises, or overall be a problem, please follow the autochannel ownership guidelines listed here: #welcome message
If the user is doing something more concerning such as hate speech, threats, etc, please submit a Modmail ticket either asking for help as the issue is occurring, or with recorded evidence showing our discord in the video.
I have been banned from a voicecall by someone. Is this abuse of power?
No. No one is obligated to play with anyone else. Don't take it personal, just find or make a new group. If you were explicitly told that you were banned for your identity, however, please make a Modmail ticket.
When should I @ Crew or not?
@ Crew should be used very rarely. Please only @ Crew in cases of an emergency: raids, porn, flooding spam, etc. For all other issues that need Crew, please make a Modmail ticket by typing /ticket in the chat, or dming @frosty grove.
Who are the Game Tutors and what can they do for me?
If you need help or advice about gameplay, the best builds or more guidance to become a better killer or survivor, you can contact the Game Tutors. Simply write @ game tutors in #game-questions and they'll try to help you to their best abilities. You are allowed to tag them with questions.
CONSEQUENCES
What happens if I get warned?
Consequences will escalate if rules continue to be broken, and consequences can be skipped based on the severity of the rulebreaks. You agree to follow the rules upon joining the server, and must stop a behavior when Crew ask you to. Please follow the rules, listen to Crew the first time you are asked, and make a Modmail by dming <@&416437912247468032> (DM for Modmail), or typing /ticket, if you have questions about the rules.
What do I do if I get banned from this server?
If you are permanently banned from the server, and are unsure as to why, add the person who banned you as mentioned in your ban message. For most bans, you are able to appeal the ban after a period of at least one month through the Crew member who issued the ban. Your ban appeal is not decided by the person who issued the ban, it is reviewed by the entire team. However, extreme rulebreaks will not be able to appeal. Keep in mind that if you are reading this on an alt, you need to leave the server. Alt accounts are not allowed to be used to avoid consequences.
