A killer that uses divine weapons made of fog and the shards and maybe it could be that it was some type of war veteran who was blown up after a grenade was thrown breaking through the glass at a church taking shrapnel and sacrificed himself and he was ignored and never thanked so he became vengeful as the entity saves him making a hero become a demon his design being a mask of shards with eyes and shards in his flesh and muscle he acts like a sort of avatar for the entity as he's experienced so much war he found hope in religion but he felt it abandoned him

Call it the Savior as the entity uses the body of a fallen angel that destroyed a world the design could look more demonic as more gens complete and the shrapnel from the explosion is the shards which spawn from hitting people and when for gen progress it spawns glass shards as survivors try to prevent him from collecting shards which unlocks more like an axe that breaks pallets, a sword that is a fiery slam, shards that can act like cameras ,and wings which he gets when he gets all his shards and he can shatter the realm to move and on long cooldown and senses sin the more there is but and is a hybrid being slow like a trap killer but is a mix of chase and range as metal shards are ranged and slow him while glass is swift and close
the blasphemous act is holding shards exile is the portals they can go to another world and repent artifacts is the shards and ray uses glass shards to send a beam of light that shoots through the eyes of the shards and it's a killer who would controlling shards made of some sort of metal and was blessed by the entity as the shrapnel now has eyes to see the fog and now the killer uses it forming wings

I think it'd be fascinating to see something gone mad from the fog/entity's control, previously attempting to help survivors, now driven to undo the good it has done as a benevolent deity. Something with two forms, depending on how much it is worshipped (Killer prop), would be interesting. A twisted, malformed, biblically accurate angel for the non-worshipped version, reverting to its original actual state, where it is powerless to fight against the entity's doing. After worship, a more conventional and aware divine angel. Still attempting to kill, but benefiting the survivors in some form, like being easier to see, perhaps a hymn or lullaby. I think the idea of the Angel not being able to entirely lose its original purpose is interesting. A special ability of some type relating to god rays would be interesting, but not something like The First. Both forms are dangerous, but one is attempting to comfort the survivors with whatever influence they have left. The "comfort" in this case would mechanically have to make sense to have the killer be worshipped, but I'm not sure what that would be fully.

I think it will be a cool idea to have a killer called "The Machine" where has the ability to send wires out of something like a television. It links to the word of "divine" by having the chapter be called the "Corrupted redemption" and also it is a soul being reborn into a machine that this scientist (named Dr Poweller) who was trying to create for an audition but backfired by having a soul enter "The Machine". These are the perks that I think that could be added: Erupted Scanner- when breaking a generator, the closest survivor aura is visible for 5/10/20 seconds (the cooldown is 60 seconds), Hex: Haywired- when being blinded or stunned, the survivor's aura is visible for 5/10/15 seconds, Voltage bolt- when a generator gets repaired, you become 20% fast for only 5/10/20 seconds. I hope this is cool if they also added the song called "Release the Hounds by FWLR & JELO" to give the killer a cool entrance to the game. This is what I think should be in the next update for Dead by daylight. (Player in dbd called ProBro)

Here's a big ol' concept that noone asked for!

A divine creature, kidnapped, conditioned, and ultimately corrupted to serve another. It's own sense of morality has been shattered, leading it to act in service of a goal which only it's twisted mind could comprehend.

This killer's power is strongly affected by the actions of the heretics, the so-called survivors who resist the will of its master, and who have been brought here for tribulation.

Starting the match, the killer has a base move speed of 4.4 and terror radius of 28 meters. The terror radius of the killer grows over the course of the match, being accelerated by certain things. Sabotaging hooks, cleansing totems, and blinding/stunning the killer will each cause tiny increases in the rate at which the terror radius grows, reaching a maximum of 38 meters after 7 minutes.

Chase music increases in volume as the killer gains tokens, and increases in tempo as they gain Haste stacks. Clearly it's some form of a choir chanting in Latin.

Part 2:

POWER - Salvation of Penitence

Remaining on a generator while in the terror radius of the killer will grant the killer Haste of 1% per completed generator, with a grace period of 6/5/4/3 seconds before the effect kicks in (giving you time to get off the gen, 1 second less per completed generator) and lingering for 3/4/5/6 seconds after leaving the generator (increasing per finished generator). Finishing a generator while in the terror radius will permanently grant the Killer 1% Haste. Multiple generators being worked on in the killers terror radius WILL STACK.

The killer starts the match with only the basic M1 attack for hitting survivors, but as their power grows, the chance for this attack to have additional consequences increases. After hooking a survivor for the first time, the killer gains a token. The number of tokens gained throughout the match will determine the secondary effect of being hit, lasting for 10 seconds per token gained.
-1 token : Deafened for 10s
-2 tokens : Blinded for 20s
-3 tokens : Exhausted for 30s
-4 tokens : Incapacitated for 40s

When the exit gates are powered, the Killer transforms, assuming a terrifying visage more akin to its current Master, though varying based on the buffs it gained before transforming. Any permanent Haste value it had is doubled, and if it reached 5%, it will grow vestigial wings, indicating its greater speed. It will also inflict EVERY status effect it unlocked with the tokens with each attack, and if it gained all 4 tokens, it will grow a large shadowy tendrils in place of its former appendages and additionally inflict Mangled with each attack.

Part 3:

PERKS:

Absolution
The killer gains power for every nearby injured survivor and every nearby completed generator. Each injured survivor within 8/16/24 meters grants the killer the ability to see a random survivors aura within their terror radius every 7 seconds. The aura reading lasts for 1/2/3 seconds, plus 1 additional second for each completed generator in the killers terror radius.

Torment
Freeing a survivor from the hook while within 12/16/20 meters of the killer will cause the rescuing survivor to scream and become Oblivious and Incapacitated until a generator is completed or they are hit by the killer.

Penance
A survivor healing themselves or someone else while in the terror radius of the killer will result in the healer suffering from Exposed for 1/2/3 seconds after completing the healing action.

And finally:

Killer Unique Item : Holy Totem
A Survivor holding this totem will not affect the killers power with their actions or presence but will suffer from the Oblivious effect. The Killer will see this survivors aura in Gold instead of red when it is revealed to them.
If the survivor holding the totem heals or unhooks another survivor suffering from any status effects inflicted by the killers power, said effects will be removed from the rescued/healed survivor and they will gain a buff which prevents them from being reapplied for 30 seconds.
When the exit gates are powered, the survivor holding the totem will have their aura revealed to the Killer for 7 seconds. Escaping with the totem while other survivors remain in the trial will cause the killer to be Stunned for as many seconds as there are survivors remaining in the trial.

The power is really slapdash honestly, I like to think I put more effort into making the perks be balanced to use for other killers, which is honestly MY biggest concern when I look at a new killer

The emphasis was on getting a buff at end game which the Survivors have a lot of control over. If the Survivors perform their 'sinful' actions out of the 'view(radius)' of the killer, it does not get nearly as 'righteously angry' at endgame and is basically nerfed. The perks are to help it locate survivors in early game, and punish them in late game.

I would have to put waaay more thought into lore than mechanics

A corrupted paladin wielding divine power of their god (maybe the Entity directly, maybe the Entity puppeting a fake god for the paladin within the realm to act as their compass). This paladin is doing acts they truly believe are their God's will to make the world a better place, but they are so blind to their faith that they cannot see how much damage, destruction, and death they are causing.

Maybe by constantly going in and out of survivor vision? To increase the meter and you get 25% hindered for 5 seconds if they see you while it’s activated for too long. If you get to close to a hallucination it goes out of your view and despawns

Killer uses divine weapons made of fog and shards and maybe it could be that he was some type of war veteran who was blown up after a grenade was thrown breaking through the glass at a church taking shrapnel and sacrificed himself and he was ignored and never thanked so he became vengeful as the entity saves him making a hero become a demon his design being a mask of shards with eyes and shards in his flesh and muscle he acts like avatar for the entity as he's experienced so much war he found hope in religion but he felt it abandoned him.

Call it Savior the entity uses the body of a fallen angel that destroyed a world the design look more demonic as more gens complete and the shrapnel from the explosion is the shards which spawn from hitting people and when for gen progress it spawns glass shards as survivors try to prevent him from collecting shards unlocking more like an axe that breaks pallets, a sword that is a fiery slam, shards that act like cameras showing aura of sinners, and wings which he gets when he gets all his shards. He can shatter the realm to move and on long cooldown and senses sin the more there is. Is a hybrid killer being slow like a trap killer but is a mix of chase and range as metal shards are ranged and slow him while glass is swift and close.
The blasphemous act is holding shards exile in the portals they can go to another world to repent. The shards which remove shards temporarily from the map are done by putting them in an altar that moves around and the artifacts are the shards. Ray uses glass shards to send beams of light that shoot through the eyes of the shards. A killer who would control shards made of metal. Was blessed by the entity as shrapnel now has eyes to see the fog and now the killer uses it to form wings. If you get caught with a lot of sin you have your soul placed on a pedestal. If someone destroys glass and metal shards while your soul is there you can get mori but you make it you reclaim your soul.

I read through this briefly, and while I personally like the concept you came up with - it still contradicts what the entity stands for.

For one, yes the entity might and does influence killers, but she doesn’t outright control them.. she manipulates. As an example: Spirit and Deathslinger both have white eyes due to the entity making them see someone they hate (Spirit sees her father, Deathslinger sees his old boss).

This means the entity likes to influence negative emotions, not only on survivors but also on killers. The entity might’ve saved your killer, but there‘s no ill intent from the entity how she influences the killer.
