The tier 4 Sword rolled +1 Mobility charge, however instead of 3 dashes I now have 6
This persists into and after missions, so I don't think it's an issue with adding the charges wrong when obtaining the sword upgrade
It also stays when swapping weapons away and back to sword to try refreshing it that way
