Practice this pack semi regularly for the basics. In game its just deciding when you need to fake challenge and turn to shadow defend. Generally you want to do it if you need to buy time for a tm8 or they have very clear control where challenging just wont work

same thing for when they have control. Shadow defence and fake challenges go hand in hand so learnign when to fake will instantly help with shadow defence. If its actually what to do when shadowing that you're struggling with then the pack will help somewhat (saves to the side are key, you dont want them to be able to shoot straight after your save)

deadzones if you can 0.05 and if theres to much drift if you have any work your way up until it feels good i wouldnt recommend anything over 0.15 for comp play tbh and dodge deadzone is really just how much you pull down to flip 100% only on you

all the default controls are fine other than that, you can also unbind default air roll but thats a preference thing and doesnt matter much

By manual do you mean directional air roll or regular air roll

So when you do the flip cancel. Start from 1oclock and cancel it down to 4-5oclock. But dont go straight down do a semi-circle movement. And do it as fast as you can and hold it at 4. Apperently jack made a good video about it
