For advice on how to learn the speed flip just watch videos
It's conceptually simple it's just a diagonal flip with a cancel

i learnt from a pro that, bronze-plat are new players and you just need to learn basic stuff, just focus on shots, aerials, defense, rotation (not that ull need it in bronze-silver)
