At that stage you just gotta play the game. Learn some basic mechanics such as the wavedash and half flip and mostly focus on the basics and you should get to plat in no time

i can do half flips and wave dashes but idk how to implement them in my game

after watching back my gameplay im very bad with dribbling the ball

maybe a drill to work on that

That's a common issue. Basically, you use wavedashes when you can't use flips for example when coming off of a wall or when getting bumped or when you don't wanna commit to a full flip and half flips you just use them instead of turning around
