here's pretty much everything you need

here's what i've got: don't go for balls that the opponent is gonna beat you to, instead go for it after they make the touch. unless it's a shot on net, but even then you can save it easier if you challenge the ball AT the goal line. if you go for a 50 block as much of your net as possible. challenge through the ball, if you get out played, you get out played. stay way further behind your team mate, you are always too close for passes. practice starting dribbles faster and move faster and less predictably when you do dribble. stop dribbling to the opponents net. dribble AROUND the defenders instead. when you boom the ball, boom it to where the opponent has a hard time controlling it (the space on the field where they arent). dont challenge everything. dont try to control every touch. learn when you do and dont have time.
also, if you keep missing the ball, go for less mechanical touches. you don't have to be zen to rank up.
