After that learn halfflip and basic air control

And after that you can go and learn hard things as flip resets

improve basic mechs, be aware of people on the field, allow your opponents to make mistakes then punish. other than that i would have to see gameplay to get more specific.

if you are D1 in 1s, you should pretty much never leave the ground when attacking, and definitely work on your kickoff if it isn't good. Having a better kickoff will raise you up multiple ranks by itself in 1v1s, winning a game when you lose every kickoff is way harder even if they dont immediately score.
