I have found that, after a discussion with @slate inlet, that we find the current implementation of the Time Capsule subplot to have some glaring issues - the most prominent of which focuses on Time Capsule #5. We agreed to make this issue known and posted in the fp2-bugs forum.
This Time Capsule is currently found in the Parusa hub world, after Tidal Gate; the issue being that there is little incentive to go into the room it is hidden in. In addition, despite the changes to the way that room is accessed, there are still people who are unable to find Time Capsule #5, even by those who know that the other Time Capsules are in the Battlesphere.
These issues can even make it so that people don’t know that Cordelia even exists before the end credits screen in the worst case scenario.
The suggestion I have is to make Time Capsule #5’s obtainment happen in the same way as Classic Mode - automatically obtained after Tidal Gate, as part of a cutscene. The most I see needing to be done is to set up a cutscene area for it, and to have the player character automatically play it - new lines shouldn’t need to be recorded, as all the lines currently in use should be adequate for repurposing in a post-Tidal Gate cutscene.
